How can I segregate mp3 tracks on iTunes?

I recently bought some audio books and plays in mp3 format and added them to iTunes then to my iPOD. However, I do not wish these to be played when I select “Shuffle Songs” (which is how i usually listen to my iPOD music collection) as they are not music. Is there a way I can segregate/separate them from the rest of my music mp3s?

Right click them then choose Get Info. Select the Options tab then change Media Kind. Then delete them from the iPod and sync them back.
