Audio Full Set
Im getting Rockford Speakers…what does 1 way and 2 way mean and which speakers would be best worth my money?
I have a 99 honda accord coupe and i have a full car audio system subs and all and im getting some rockford speakers finally and i want to know what 1 way, 2 way, and 3 way means, and if any one is better than the other. Also i was curious if the extra 50 watts on a set of rockford speakers will actually make the sound that much better…please help me out.
1 way means, only mid-base, mid range, or tweeter.. two way speaker means a mid range and a tweeter or a mid-base and a tweeter and so on.. three way speaker means a tweeter, a mid-base, and a mid range,.. a good sound system in car audio include all those speakers, most important is if you want a good sound quality, the design is important, good placement of speakers, and proper matching of speakers to the power amplifier, you can add any watts you want as long as you can power all those speakers,. when designing car audio systems, mid ranges and tweeters in front, mid-bases at the rear, and subs at the rear also. installing those speaker will be more difficult, you have to work for it a lot to maximize its sound quality, just fix it properly, add flash bands or dynamat if necessary. Matching those speakers to your power amp is as easy as how you think of it, just look at the specs and see the rms power of those speakers, if you have a two way rated 50watts rms, and a midbase also rated 50watts rms, your amp should be a four channel rated at 50watts rms per channel.. if you had questions and need a troubleshooter in you system, just visit my site at multiply, nihhonautosounds.multiyply.com, or just email me..
