What do you think would have happened if Sun Tzu had war with Alexander the Great?
What do you think would have happened if Sun Tzu had war with Alexander the Great?
What if they had war with each other?
China had advanced weaponry and strategies.
Alexander is great (of course) but i wonder what would have happened if 2 of the greatest military leaders had a war.
I personally say Sun Tzu would win because his strategies were used for thousands of years and influenced lots of generals. He wrote the art of war as well.
Alexander The Great had one of the largest empires in history.
But it would be interesting if both had war….
Sun Tzu.
I’m sure he would’ve devised a cunning way to beat an army of Greek hoplites arranged in a phalanx formation.
Alexander the Great was lucky in that his enemies used chariots and elephants which were weak against disciplined heavy infantry. I’m sure Sun Tzu would’ve come up with something special to destroy Alexander’s army.
Sadly, we will never know what Sun Tzu would’ve done. I’m sure he would’ve been delighted to add the “method to beat Alexander the Great” in his book. If that had happened, and the Persians read it, I’m sure Alexander the Great would’ve been simply known as “Alexander”.
